Use of the Site constitutes the user’s full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use. Through the Site, the user may access and/or use various services and content (hereinafter, the “Services and Content”) made available to users by the members of MEPAR.
MEPAR reserves the right to deny, restrict, or condition the user’s access to the Site, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, as well as to modify the Services and Content of the Site at any time and without prior notice.
It is strictly prohibited to use the Site for activities that involve infringing or violating the laws of Peru or the place where the services provided through the Site are used.
It is strictly prohibited to carry out “hacking” activities (acts or series of acts carried out through or by means of the Internet that involve the unauthorized deletion, appropriation, interference, damage, or partial or total extraction of information, money, or property belonging to third parties registered on the Internet for any purpose).
It is strictly prohibited to develop mechanisms intended to defraud MEPAR. Likewise, it is prohibited to use the Site as a means to defraud third parties.
The user acknowledges that not all Services and Content are available in all geographic areas.
MEPAR does not guarantee the availability or continuity of the operation of the Site or of the Services and Content, nor the usefulness of the Site for any specific activity.
The intellectual property rights related to the Services and Content, distinctive signs, and domains of the Site are the exclusive property of MEPAR and are protected by Peruvian legislation, Legislative Decree No. 822 – Copyright Law, and Legislative Decree No. 823 – Industrial Property Law.
The user does not acquire any intellectual property rights by the mere use of the Services and Content of the Site.
The user agrees that the provisions regarding intellectual property also apply to the rights of third parties with respect to the Services and Content of pages linked to the Site.
Permitted Uses
The use of the Services and Content of the Site is the sole responsibility of the user, who must use them in accordance with the permitted functionalities, the laws of the Republic of Peru, good customs, and the rights of third parties.
The Site is for the user’s personal use only; therefore, the Services and Content may not be commercialized.
MEPAR, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for damages arising from errors, inaccuracies, or changes made to the Services and Content.
MEPAR shall not be responsible for damages that the user may suffer as a result of using the Site, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
MEPAR shall not be responsible for viruses, third-party information, or “hacking” activities carried out by users.
MEPAR undertakes to keep confidential the information it receives from the user in accordance with applicable Peruvian legislation.
MEPAR assumes no obligation of confidentiality with respect to non-confidential information provided by the user, including information obtained through cookies.
Information sent by users shall be considered non-confidential, granting an irrevocable license for the use, reproduction, modification, and distribution of such information.
The user accepts the use of cookies. Cookies are data files stored on the user’s hard drive that allow identification and tracking of the use of the Site.
The user is responsible for keeping their passwords, cards, and confidential numbers secure. Transactions carried out using these credentials shall be deemed to have been performed by the user.

MEPAR may modify these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. Users are advised to review them periodically.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Judges and Courts of Lima, Peru.
